Account and workspace basics

Everything you need to know about your Voris account, from signing in to managing your team.

Signing in

Voris uses magic link emails instead of passwords. Enter your email address on the sign-in page, click the link we send you, and you are in. The link expires after 24 hours and works once.

You can also sign in with your Google account by clicking Continue with Google, which signs you into the same Voris account.

Your profile

Your profile includes a display name and avatar, visible to your teammates. You can update both from the Profile page under Account settings. To change your email address, go to the Security page — we will verify the new address before making the switch, and notify your old address for safety.

Theme and preferences

Choose between light, dark, or system theme from the Preferences page. You can also set your timezone (used for date displays) and configure notification preferences. A quick theme toggle is available in the user menu for fast switching.

Creating a site

Click “Add site” from your organization’s site list. Enter your domain name, then copy the script tag we generate and paste it into your website’s HTML. Once the script is installed, Voris will detect the first event and confirm that tracking is live.

Inviting teammates

From Organization settings, open the Team tab and click “Invite member.” Enter their email and choose a role — admin or member. They will receive an invite email with a link that expires after 7 days. You can see pending invites and revoke them at any time.

Transferring ownership

Organization owners can transfer ownership to another admin from the Team tab. Select the member, choose “Transfer ownership,” and confirm. You will be changed to an admin role and the new owner takes full control.

Leaving an organization

Non-owners can leave an organization from the Team tab by clicking “Leave organization.” This removes your access immediately. If you are the owner, you must transfer ownership first.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account from the Danger Zone page under Account settings. Deletion is not immediate — your account enters a 30-day recovery window. During that window, simply sign back in to cancel. After 30 days, your data is permanently removed.

API keys

API keys let external tools read your analytics data. Create and manage keys from the API Keys page in your workspace. Each key is shown once at creation — copy it immediately. You can revoke a key at any time, and it stops working instantly. Never share API keys in public repositories or client-side code.
